Abstract Awards

Eligibility

  • Must be younger than 40 years of age at the time of the award (born in 1985 or later)
  • The presenter of the selected abstract must attend the conference onsite. Proof of attendance will be required.
  • Overseas presenters only

Procedures / Evaluation Criteria for Assessing Nominations

  • How to apply
    • Go to the “Abstract Submission” page and select the “Travel Grant” option.
  • Awards
    • Complimentary invitation to the Gala Dinner.
    • The honorarium will be offered at the gala dinner venue.

Oral & Poster Abstract Awards

  • Abstract Judging Criteria:
    • Best Oral Presentation Awards and Best Poster Exhibition Awards will be selected from abstracts submitted to ICKRS 2026.
  • Nominee Presentations & On-site Scoring:
    • A number of abstracts will be selected based on their scientific merit by the abstract reviewers.
    • Presenting authors of the selected abstracts will be required to present their research at the Oral Presentation session.
    • On-site judges will evaluate the presentations during this session.
  • Awards
    • Nominees will be given awards and honorariums at the ICKRS 2026 closing ceremony (March 15(Sun), 16:30-17:00).
    • Nominees must be present to receive awards and honorariums.
