Invitation Letter
How to get to an official invitation letter
- The official invitation letter will be issued only to those who have completed the registration payment.
- Please note that the invitation letter does not represent a commitment by the organizer to provide any financial support.
- To request an original hard-copy invitation letter, please contact our office by email no later than one month before the registration deadline.
- Request for physical copies will be charged an extra USD 20 (separate from the registration fee).
- The Secretariat issues documents solely for visa application purposes and does not intervene in the visa issuance process. We also do not contact embassies on behalf of participants.
If you need an invitation letter to apply fir a visa, please choose either of the two buttons in the red box when you register for our congress.
Once you complete the registration, you will receive the confirmation letter of our congress.
The confirmation mail provides an URL where you can receive an invitation letter.
