Cancellation & Refund Policy

From March 7, 2026 No Refund
  • * All cancellations must be submitted via e-mail (info@ickrs.org) to the Secretariat.
  • * All refunds will be processed after the congress and all processing fee will be deducted from the reimbursement.
  • * If you do not attend the congress without notice of cancellation, no refund will be given.
